Further education is a very fast paced market, with quick turnarounds. This market is all about building relationships with clients, being efficient and operating with intensity.
CE
Compulsory education is a candidate based market. CE has a very busy period between March and July where the focus is permanent vacancies; the opportunity to bill in this period is endless. Permanent vacancies are normally for January/April/September starts, whereas the temporary roles arise all year round with the opportunity to fill supply roles.
International
The international department at Nala Global is an area of our business destined for growth. We have built the foundations for expansion by being successful in finding teachers roles internationally, allowing us to win clients (International schools) in over 30 different countries. Now, we are aiming to create more personal and long-lasting relationships with schools, particularly in our new Dubai home, and in the wider UAE region. You will work with schools and educators worldwide, however, will specialise in a particular country/region, where you will be responsible for: Sourcing local teachers or teachers who are looking to move to your region, maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients, and winning new business by finding and potentially even visiting new clients.
Holiday
- No more than 5 consecutive days

The best times to take extended holiday would be the Easter break/ May/ June.
CE
The best time to take extended holiday would be Easter break/ end of July/ August.
International
The best time to take extended holiday would be October/November.
