Principal Consultant (off 100 Club)
Anything below 5K is paid at 5%.
Once you hit 5k, each further £k will be paid at 1% increments up to 20k.
E.g. 5K – 5%, 6K – 6%, 7K – 7%, 8K – 8%, 9K – 9%, 10k – 10%
Executive Consultant
Once you hit 10k, each further £k will be paid at 1% increments up to 20k, same as above.
