What's your favourite company tradition or event?

End of month, 5K run club, Barry’s boot camp, end of year trips, summer parties, lunch clubs, there are too many to name. I enjoy bringing the team together for any event or tradition that we do.

Why you love working at Limitless Group?

The people, the pace, the opportunities. The door is always open to new ideas and suggestions to improve as a collective.
  • What advice you would give to anyone starting out in recruitment?
Throw yourself into the deep end and enjoy the success and the challenges that come. You can’t control the outcome, but you can control what you do day to day.

Describe the culture in 3 words.

Energetic, hardworking, and collaborative.

What skills do you think are required for the role?

A good recruiter has strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to source top talent. You need to be organised, persuasive and resilient.

What excites you most about the company's future?

The opportunity of growth and progression. All brands and sectors are still developing and working with such a talented and hard working team, I am excited to see where this goes.

What's something about the company that makes it stand out from others?

We adapt and change with the times; everyone genuinely wants the best for each other in their professional and personal lives.

End of month - getting the team together win or lose for a cup of tea or a beer.

I take great joy and pride in seeing the development of consultants as human beings and becoming great billers.

What skills do you think are required for the role?

Mental resilience, relentless attitude to learn, hard work - turn up every day with purpose and remember why you chose this job.

Providing opportunities + making more people wealthy so they can enjoy life and help loved ones that have taken care of them.

We are a dynamic business and open minded to change if it benefits everyone long term. We also only hire legends.

Frank Lomas

What's your favourite company tradition or event?

 I'm still learning them, but I've been impressed with the commitment to exercise on Tuesday morning's Mcr 5k before work starts, and Barry's gruelling bootcamp at lunchtimes.  The one I like most so far though is the celebration of success, that each consultants gets when a new deal's been secured.  Some think it's a little cheesy but applauding a colleague for a job well done as they proudly adjust their figures on the whiteboard display is good for the soul (and no harm to the ego either).

Good people, good tools and a dedicated workforce who focus on the job at hand and respect one another.  Not all recruitment environments I've been part of over the years can boast this, but Limitless is balanced well. Not to mention we invest in people with excellent training and personal development.

What skills do you think are required for the role?

Organisational - stick to your plan, be regimented not distracted. Observational - a keen curiosity, taking notice and joining the dots. Tenacity & Resilience - an ability to move on quickly. Don't dwell, rather learn from experiences knowing the next 'yes please' is only around the corner.  Questioning - the art of effective communication (spoiler, it's more listening, than talking).  

What excites you most about the company's future?

The scope for collective and individual success as we adapt to the needs of our clients and candidates in dynamic markets. 

What's something about the company that makes it stand out from others?

Determined speed complimented by accurate decision making. Largely due to the personality and positivity of the group.

My favourite tradition is our quarterly team socials. They’re a great mix of fun and connection, and they give everyone a chance to unwind, celebrate wins, and strengthen relationships outside the day-to-day hustle.

Christmas Party/ Summer Party! Always such a fun day from start to finish. It's a real chance to celebrate everyone's wins from the year and celebrate as a whole team.
